Conversation at dinner tonight

As we were eating our meatloaf and mashed potatoes tonight, Micah says,"Dad, you're my new dad, my old dad died. And I used to have a different family than mom and sissy."
Levi: "What happened to them?"
Micah: "They got old and a dinosaur ate them."
Levi: "That's too bad."
Micah: "Yeah, and they didn't like you guys either."

Charlotte's Web

Micah had watched Charlotte's Web a few weeks ago and said that he liked the pig, Wilbur. It came on tv again the other day and I asked if he wanted to watch it. He said, no I don't want to watch it ever again. I asked why and he said, "because I don't want to watch Charlotte die again." Then he said, "But it's ok because Jesus will raise her from the dead."

Sitting on Alexis sure is comfy!

I have pictures I've wanted to post for the last few days, but the picture loader seems to be broken or something. I've contacted them before and they just told me, well it must be your browser or your ISP. Well Levi's seemed to work fine, it was just mine, but they didn't believe me. they just told me, "there's nothing that should cause that" and that was the end. Uh, well I guess it's just a figment of my imagination, but it's still not working.

Jingle Bells?

Micah got a new harmonica from Stephanie when she got back from China for her missions trip. Alexis was playing it and told me she was going to play Jingle Bells. She started playing and then stopped and stared at the harmonica and said, "That's not Jingle Bells!" I guess she expected the harmonica to just play it for her~
