Julian Beever

I am just fascinated by Julian Beever's sidewalk art. He makes them look 3D when viewed at the right angle. Here's some of my favorites, there's a link by the last one if you want to look at more.

Happy New year!

Well sorry for the huge lack of posts, but we've been in transition and our camera is STILL gone. We went again to check on it today and the guy at the camera store said he's expecting to hear about it any day. Yeah right. He probably sold it on the black market and is just happily stringing us along. Anyway, no pics of the holidays for sharing. I managed to get a throw away camera to take pictures on Christmas, but now I don't know where it is since we moved the week afterwards.

Yep that's right, we're now in Jackson, MO, right next to Cape Girardeau where Levi attends college. And I might add that they're shooting a movie in Cape this week with Johnny Knoxville and Diane Lane, so they're wandering around here somewhere as well. Maybe they're come over and see our new house:)

I'm now working as a church secretary for Jackson First Presbyterian here in Jackson, and it's just across the lawn from our house, so that's mighty handy. I can look into our kitchen window from my 2nd story office window, so the kids get a kick out of that. This is my first week working alone, last week I was training, and so far things are going well.

Levi and Micah just got home with a new addition to the family...Ace! We had to get rid of our doggie Sadie when we moved, so we got the kids a new kitty. We still have our cat Pip so we'll see how wellthey get along. Hopefully more later!
